- Combined understanding of each party’s objectives and needs for the site
- Agreement on future communications and key contacts
- Early and consistent engagement leading to a de-risking of the planning process

- Early dialogue with Local Planning Authority

- Engagement with made or emerging neighbourhood plans

- Creation of SDMP log providing record of meetings / actions, design checklist and infrastructure requirements
- Expected / draft delivery programme to be shared
- Updated challenges and risks to be shared
