International Trade Policy
In collaboration with Suffolk Public Sectors Leaders (SPSL) the Chamber hosts two International Trade Managers. Their focus is on developing a long term trade strategy for Suffolk and championing Suffolk as a place to do business, invest and trade. Working with all businesses and sectors in Suffolk (Chamber members and non-members) our International Trade Managers can provide guidance, advice and information to help your business navigate current and future trading relationships with Europe and to maximise the opportunities available from global trade as the UK negotiates new free trade agreements
(FTAs).
Working with our economic development and business partners across the county and at a UK level, we work to improve information sharing on trade policy intelligence, horizon scan to identify global trends; monitor regulatory developments and work with your business to seek out new trading opportunities. Together we can strengthen Suffolk’s economic resilience through the creation of a robust Suffolk Trade Policy.
